Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using im, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 13 years or older to use im.

3. Account

You are responsible for your account security. One account per user. Accurate information required.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant im a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content for platform operation.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: post illegal or harmful content, impersonate others, upload counterfeit products, misrepresent product authenticity, manipulate rankings, or use bots or scraping tools.

6. Brand & IP

Brands are not affiliated with im. Logos are used for identification only. No endorsement is implied. No commercial use of trademarks.

7. Platform Role

im acts as a hosting provider for user-generated content. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or authenticity of user content.

8. Content Moderation

im has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, graphically violent, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable is strictly prohibited and will be removed. Users can report objectionable content or block any user directly in the app. We review every report and will remove violating content and suspend or terminate the responsible account within 24 hours. Severe or repeated violations result in a permanent ban.

9. Rankings

Rankings are based on user activity, are not endorsements, and are not guaranteed to be accurate.

10. Product Disclaimer

im does NOT authenticate products or guarantee originality. Verification tools are informational only.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, im is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or data, user content, or product claims.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violation of these terms.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

If you are using the service from the United States, certain rights may be governed by applicable U.S. consumer protection laws; however, this does not constitute a submission to U.S. jurisdiction.
